This new shift kit enables you to shift from high reverse to 7th gear in one easy motion. Lock lever blocks off first 6 speeds so you can shift directly from high reverse to 7th gear in one easy motion, (must depress clutch). Also updates older 2 speed reverse tractors to 4 speed reverse.
